From our early days, more than 30 years ago, our role has been to empower leaders like you and help you to be the best that you can be. That hasn’t change. Our role, on every engagement is to transfer knowledge to you and your leadership team – so we work with you and your team rather than bring outsiders in to do the work. What that means is when the assignment is finished and we leave, you and your team can take forward anything we have developed together. 
Our projects can range from completing a successful reorganization in a pharmaceutical company, assisting a telecoms company define their IT strategy, reducing and rationalizing the number of outsourced partners for a logistics company, defining the enterprise architecture for a major auction company, advising on the negotiating position with a strategic ERP company, managing the RFI/RFP process for a manufacturing company and many more that we can discuss. These are successful because we lead with our experience and integrate with you to work in the way that fits your culture. We have a philosophy of leaving no employee behind through these changes.
Our Tools
Over the years we have developed a series of tools, often templated, that helps us work with you quickly and efficiently, while making sure that we are coaching all the way, in every interaction. That’s why we prefer to call ourselves advisors, rather than consultants. Our Advisory Service Directors (ASD) are all experienced and pragmatic. We’re story tellers, sharing what we have learned. When we are training people – it’s your staff were training on your fees. 
- Advisory services delivered by our ASDs, either as discussions or facilitated workshops or any combination in between.  
- Mentor/Coaching is the most effective method used for leaders to improve performance. Whether formal or informal, our ASDs can do both with the multiplier effect throughout the organisation from improved leadership performance. 
- Masterclasses on a very broad range of subjects are used as team development. They are focused on outcomes and so have more measurable results.  
- CXOTrade is a specialized area that takes Private Equity Companies or Corporates who want to grow through acquisition from Due Diligence (DD) to Day 1. We work with you or train you to do the DD yourself.  
- Global CIO Leadership Certification course is the outcome of our experience beginning with CIOs. It is unique in approach, and practical in execution. Our leaders are practitioners and our delegates (attendees) are new CIOs, Department Heads and those who have an ambition to be a CIO. Because of the velocity of technology these days, we regularly update the modules and the discussions. We include coaching throughout the course in the tutorial.
